Pressure Washing in Orlando
Clean Driveways, Walks and Pool Decks
GreenWorks does pressure washing in Orlando for the hard surfaces around your yard. Driveways go dark, shady walks get slick with mildew, and pool decks pick up a green film faster than most people expect. Our crew washes them back to clean concrete and pavers. If we already take care of your lawn, it’s easy to add on.
Why Pressure Washing Matters in Central Florida
Orlando heat and humidity leave a lot behind on concrete
- Black mildew and green algae on shady walks
- Orange rust stains from sprinkler water
- A yellow coat of pollen every spring
- Slippery spots on pool decks and steps
- HOA violation letters about dirty driveways
Summer rain and humidity bring mildew back fast. If your sprinklers run on well water, the iron in it can also streak driveways and curbs orange. When a head is spraying the concrete, we can adjust it as part of our irrigation and sprinkler work so new stains don’t keep showing up.

How a Visit Goes
Our customer service is what sets us apart. We don't just mow lawns. We learn your preferences. Some clients want taller grass, others want it tight and low. We adjust our care to you.

Add It to Your Lawn Service
If we already handle your lawn care, you don’t need to find a separate pressure washing company. Our crew is at your place on a regular schedule anyway, so we can wash the driveway and walks on one of your service days. Just let us know and we’ll put it on the calendar.
Homes, HOAs and Businesses
We pressure wash for homeowners all over Orlando. We also clean entrances, sidewalks and curbs for HOA communities, and storefront walks and entryways for offices and other commercial properties. For a board or property manager, that’s one less vendor to deal with, since the same crew can take care of the landscaping.
Pressure Washing Questions
How often should a driveway be pressure washed in Florida?
Once or twice a year works for most Orlando driveways. Shady driveways, and ones that get hit by sprinkler water, usually need it more often because the mildew and stains come back faster. Right before you sell, host something big or answer an HOA letter is a good time too.
Will pressure washing damage my pavers or plants?
It can if it’s done wrong. Too much pressure can etch concrete, blast the sand out of paver joints and shred leaves. We set the pressure for the surface we’re cleaning, go easier on pavers, keep the spray moving, and rinse the plants and beds next to the work area. If we see something that worries us before we start, like loose pavers, we’ll tell you first.
Do you pressure wash for HOAs and businesses?
Yes. We clean sidewalks, entrances, curbs and common areas for HOAs, and walkways and entryways for businesses. It can be a one-time job or part of your commercial landscaping service. Call (407) 300-8337 to talk it through.
